Charalampos (Babis) Karaiskos was born on February 10, 1992, and began his playing career with Keravnos Larissa.
He moved to Thessaloniki in 2005, where he continued with the Mandoulides Schools team, while also representing Greece at the youth and junior national team levels.
In 2013, he became a member of the PAOK Junior Basketball Program coaching staff, working with the club’s youth teams until 2018.
Since 2016, he has been part of PAOK’s coaching staff, with whom he participated in the Greek Cup Final in 2019 and the FIBA Europe Cup Final in 2025.
