Surne Bilbao Basket – PAOK: 89-74

PAOK were defeated 89–74 by Surne Bilbao Basket and missed the chance to win the FIBA Europe Cup for a second consecutive year. The team made a strong effort, but a poor third quarter proved decisive in shaping the outcome and determining the winner of the Final.
PAOK started the game better, leading 4–9, 9–14, 17–21, and 19–23 at the end of the first quarter. The hosts took their first lead at 35–34 and went into halftime ahead 43–41.
Bilbao extended the lead to 47–41, but PAOK responded with back-to-back three-pointers from Dimsa to tie the game at 49–49. However, they were unable to maintain that momentum. The home team built a double-digit lead for the first time (65–53), went up by 13 (70–57) at the end of the third quarter, and increased the margin further in the fourth period (80–58).
Tyree, who had struggled up to that point, scored most of his points during that stretch, but PAOK could only reduce the deficit, as the final score (89–74) reflected a gap that could not alter the course of the game.
