PAOK BC announces the agreement with the American basketball player Alan Herndon, who will be joining our team for the 2020-21 season.

Alan Herndon was born on November 10, 1994 at Colorado Springs, is a power forward/center and measures 2.06m.

Following his graduation from Widefield High School, he joined the Wyoming program and stayed with them throughout his college career. He played a total of 133 games, starting in 100 of them, while in his last season he averaged 11.8 points, 5.7 rebounds, 2 assistsand 2.2 blocks, (67.1% with 2-pointers, 33.6% with threesand 61% with free throws).

After a very short time in Japan and the Toyama Crouses in the beginning of the 2018-2019 season, he got signed by Sakarya in Turkey, scoring 7.1 points, grabbing 4.8 rebounds and counting 1.2 assists and 0.7 blocksin 26.7 minutes per game.

Last season (2019-2020), he played for the Canton Charge, the affiliate team of the Cleveland Cavaliers for the NBA G-League, with 4.5 points (39% in 3-pointers), 2 reboundsand 0.5 stealsin a little less than 12 minutes per game.
