Heavy loss at the OAKA: Panathinaikos-PΑΟΚ: 89-51

PAOK made his worst game this season, losing to Panathinaikos at the OAKA 89-51 for the 22nd day of the betshop Basket League.

PAOK was competitive only during the first minutes of the game, when the team found solutions in the offense with Milenko Tepic and the game was tied 10-10 at 6’. However, the hosts ran a partial 17-0 at the end of the first quarter continuing into the beginning the second one, hence leading 36-16 and practically ‘finishing’ the game from the first half, that found PAOK trailing by 18 (46-28).

PAOK did not succeed in finding rhythm when attacking at any part of the game, shooting twos with terrible percentages, resulting in the constant increase of the margin between the two teams. Finally, Panathinaikos got the 89-51 victory, that leaves PAOK at the 5th ranking seed with a 14-8 record.
