PAOK secured a very important 93–90 victory over Karditsa in a game for Round 24 of the Stoiximan GBL, held at the PAOK Sports Arena.
With fatigue from consecutive games clearly affecting the team and significant issues in the backcourt—Patrick Beverley was out of the squad, while Breein Tyree missed an entire half—PAOK trailed for most of the game.
Led by top scorer Dimsa, with valuable contributions off the bench from Fillios and Zaras, and with Tyree changing the momentum upon his return, PAOK completed a comeback in the final quarter.
The team took the lead for the first time with a basket by Moore (77–75 at 33:30) and, with an 11–0 run, went up 82–75. However, the visitors stayed in the game and tied it at 82–82. PAOK, though, found the solutions down the stretch to secure a hard-fought win, as reflected in the game’s dramatic progression.
Notably, Karditsa—led by Brandon Jefferson, who finished with 27 points—had built an early 15-point lead (11–26). PAOK gradually cut the deficit and, despite needing more than 30 minutes to take the lead, showed determination in the closing stages to claim their 14th win of the season.
