Vs AEK 13/3/2021
Coming off a a great team win last week vs Patras, we get another home game this week against another tough opponent in AEK. They are a very talented and experienced team and play well together as a team! They play good pressure defense and subsequently we will need to take care of the ball (limit turnovers) and execute our game plan offensively at a high level to give us a good chance of winning The game! Should be a fun and competitive game at PAOK sports arena, wish the fans could be there to cheer and support us? but we know you would be there if you could #Covid1YearAnniversary ??‍♂️

It’s amazing to think a year ago this time Covid-19 was just making it’s Impact felt around the world. I know for myself that I never would have guessed this virus/pandemic to last so long. I was naive and just thought it would go away in a few weeks or a month MAX. However, in the blink of an eye, it’s been 1 year or 365 days... and counting! Oh how wrong I was??. It has been a tough year to get through for many people around the world. Slowing down businesses, travel being virtually nonexistent and very limited social life at times are just some of the complications that Covid-19 has caused outside of the obviously and serious health effects ? All of this has shown me how fast a year can go by and how much each day and relationship with others really mean! How quickly those days at home went by (even though some days felt like they would never end ?) and how much you miss spending time and experiencing life with your friends, family and loved ones.

All in all, it’s been a year since the “normal” in life was stripped away from us all. On the bright side we are getting back to “normal” in what seems sooner rather than later! ??
