Two games in the same week is something unusual for PAOK this season, and Beau Beech is here with his new #BeechBlog

Welcome to #BeechBlog number two of the week! This time #PAOK is coming off our first win of the championship ??, but the celebration of the win against Lavrio was short lived as we prepare for a quick turnaround against a tough Promitheas team. We hit the film room (less than 24 hours after beating Lavrio) today to start our preparation for Saturday’s match. Then we ventured up to the court to get some reps at what coach Mexas had explained to us in the film room about Promitheas style offensively and defensively. Once we covered all the X’s and O’s we got shots up individually and then most of the guys did some kind of treatment for their body to be ready for Saturday! Nothing much out of the ordinary for us this time around, other than coming off a Win ??
If we want to keep the wins coming, however, we must come out with more focus and readiness this game to try and slow down Promitheas’s offense and make them work hard to get points. They are very talented with good skill and size and play fast, so it will be tough test for us. We are moving in the right direction as a team and can’t wait to compete for the chance to win on Saturday in Patras!
